I ran into that on https://esconline1.pt/, though I’m not recommending it. The banners occasionally showed old graphics. The actual content behind them was correct, though. Gameplay didn’t suffer from the issue. Withdrawals worked on their usual schedule. Support said banner caching can lag behind other updates. The platform felt neutral overall.
