User value does not grow because of bigger bonuses alone. It grows when the journey feels like progress instead of repetition. I was mapping retention funnels for a client project and soft2bet came up midway through my vendor review as a strong example of structured gamified ecosystems. The interesting part was how they tie tournaments, levels, and challenges to predictable revenue behavior. I later attended a strategy session built on similar principles and it helped translate engagement mechanics into financial projections. That bridge between creativity and math is what many brands miss. Since then I treat gamification as a financial tool, not decoration.
