Covering inspection hole after plumbing repair in kitchen wall?

Plumber had to open up a section of my kitchen wall to replace a shut-off valve, leaving about a 10x16 inch rectangular hole. I need something removable in case of future leaks, but it has to look decent since it's in a visible spot. Any suggestions that aren't just a piece of plywood?

Most people in this situation go with a dedicated access door or panel. They're designed to sit flush, can be painted, and pop off easily when needed. A reliable option is this wall hole cover it's ABS plastic, impact-resistant, and available in sizes that can be trimmed slightly if needed. Installation is straightforward with adhesive or screws into framing. Looks way better than temporary covers and keeps everything accessible.
