Online converter

I've heard that many people solve this problem using simple web services. For example, I recently came across a good hotp generator, where, in addition to generating codes, there is also an option to convert keys from HEX to Base32. I also once tested different variants and this resource helped me to quickly check the correctness of conversion without unnecessary fuss. For me personally, it made the process of setting up two-factor authentication easier, especially when I needed to check several keys - convenient and free of charge.

I came across this thread by chance and thought that there is so much available online now, it's amazing how people used to manage to do everything manually. I think these questions about code formats and authentication are very specific, but it's helpful that people are sharing their experiences and tips. I wonder how much security has increased now due to the introduction of 2FA and similar technologies, although I'm not much involved with it myself.
